Shopify & eCommerce

Custom Liquid theme builds, Shopify Functions for checkout and cart logic, subscription management with Recharge, and a custom app published to the Shopify App Store. Multi-channel catalog operations across Amazon Seller Central and e-tail partner platforms.

Lifecycle Marketing

Email and SMS lifecycle programs in Klaviyo — welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back flows. Retention and lifetime value tracking through Lifetimely.

Growth Marketing

Analytics and growth work across the funnel — GA4 for measurement, SEMrush for SEO, Meta and Google Ads for paid acquisition, and CRO testing to improve conversion.

Ops & Integrations

Configuring and customizing operations infrastructure across NetSuite, ShipStation, Airtable, and Freshdesk — plus custom Node.js and Python automation for problems with no off-the-shelf fix.
